I am so stoked today! Since I started on 1 July, completing the 2 week Keto Challenge on Diet Doctor and starting the 5 week Kristie's challenge (also Diet Doctor), I have lost 7.2kg!!! Can I have a WOW, folks? I feel great, my psoriasis is looking better and I have more energy. This lifestyle is rocking for me.
