I have a question... I am wondering, I run with a polar heart rate monitor-which has all my stats inputted into it-obviously with a maximum and minimum heart rate- if anyone knows anything about heart rate monitors-can someone clarify something for me? if I go over my max heart rate when running-but I burn more calories-is it bad? even though I feel fine when running? I am really enjoying running...and don't want to stop...I obviously burn more calories when running and isn't that the objective? would appreciate it if someone could clear up that question for me...
