I tried on a pair of pants this morning that I last wore in early March (pre-Shelter-at-Home in CA). These are the stretchy kind, but appropriate for work, and last worn were squeezing out a muffin top. Now they fit okay, although just barely. At least they're not digging in.
I bought them a year and a half ago, and I think I was about 130, give or take 5.
I suspect that I'd already lost some weight prior to starting my official diet in July.
