Work - Money - Stress - On The Go.....

They are just killing my good eating habits. I've had the best intentions, but there is always something that get me off track. I'm a singer, and there are times that I have back to back gigs. Hardly any time to cook. So we grab something quick....which is always horrible on the diet.

It makes me wonder if we shouldn't book so many things....or I find a way to take our healthier diet with us? I will have to think on that.
