Nutrition can definitely be very hard. I try to focus more on portion control and making sure I eat lots of veggies and fruit. I also upped my protein intake. I'm trying to gain muscle as I lose weight. So don't worry you've got this. 💪🏽😊

I portion control with fruits but not with veggies. I feel it's better to eat more veggies with your meals. 😊
