The weekends are so hard (insert whinning)! First... Halloween, then my birthday, this weekend I was just lazy and next weekend is the husband's birthday... and then the holidays, ugh! These are all really bad reasons for not staying on track and I would probably would have lost a pant size or two if I could just control my urges on the weeknends! Oh well... I will measure myself tomorrow (I did this morning but for the life of me can not remember what they were, lol) but for today I am down another pound. A loss but again... If I would just control myself on the weekends, ugh (again) Oh well... Funny of the week :)

Hey there Lady!!!! Congratuations on the loss by the way! You know what you're doing, we don't need to kick ya in the pants... or do we? I don't get cake on my birthday, I get pizza and throw away the bread!!! Now if it's the holidays your using as an excuse, well there's something to be said for falling off one day and then getting righ back on the next day!!! Be good until Thanksgiving, then Be good until Christmas, then be good until the next goal day a month or so out, I do and I always have a plan for that day, what have I craved the most? Then, for one meal that day, I get what I've craved the most and I don't even think about it again! Hang in there, you'll find out what works for you!
