I am so close to losing my first 20 pounds and I am very excited about it. My biggest problem at the moment is the weekends. My husband, who has been nothing but supporting, is usually home for 2 or 3 days and I get a little loose with counting calories. I just turned 50 in December last year and I am about to have my first colonoscopy next week. I always do my health checkups because as a public school teacher we get great insurance. From what I hear I will be on a liquid diet for two days so that will definitely help with the weight loss. Any suggestions for success?
