Yay!! Met my goal weght today! 26 lbs lost since Memorial Day Weekend. This time doing Atkins I did not have rapid weight loss in a short time, but have gradually lost over a longer period of time and I am extremely happy. I'm going to stew in my happiness for a couple days and then set a new goal. I think I want to loose another 10 lbs and I started walking again because I want to do a half marathon next April. Gives me some time to get ready. My son moved out this weekend and I can set my sewing machine back up. All my clothes are too big and I want to alter the ones I can,,, and maybe sew something new in the correct size.
