Ingredients are: 1 tsp sea salt, 1/2 c. Chia seed, 1/2 c. Sunflower seed, 1/2 c. Pumpkin seed, 1/2c. Sesame seed, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp minced garlic, 8 fl oz water...1) mix all seeds together in a bowl 2) mix water,salt, garlic, onion powder together in a separate bowl 3) pour water mixture of seeds and stir until thick 4) spread mixture on baking sheet with back of spoon about 1/4” thick, 5) bake @325 for 30 minutes, remove and slice into crackers, flip with spatula and bake another 25-30 minutes. Watch carefully so they don’t burn, bottom will be golden brown. 6) allow to cool on baking sheet....I really like them enjoy!
