So mad at myself. I was out and starving. I didn't just want a salad. We stopped at Wawa and I thought a veggie quesadilla would be a healthier choice (it had Swiss cheese, provolone cheese and avacado). It was 600 calories! That's like three meals. I won't be eating out like that again!
