The last 4 days have been very productive but weird with food. My husband and I traveled to Missouri to help his parents power wash their house so they can put it on the market and move closer to family. It was kind of a last minute in and out trip. I had my first colonoscopy scheduled for Tuesday, because I turned 50 in December, so I couldn’t eat any raw fruits or vegetables on Saturday or Sunday, liquid diet and prep on Monday and Tuesday. All was clear on the test, so great peace of mind. I am a public school teacher so I go back tomorrow so today I feel consumed with preparing, even though I am teaching from home. I need my normal routine to feel successful and in control. Here we go!! Excited for a new school year and new kiddos.
