My thoughtS are with all of you in the path of the Hurricane Laura and the fires in many western states. hope everyone stays safe.

Not much exercise today as the air quality is affecting asthma. Thankfully inside is better than outside. Food has been ok. I might not my veggie quota but that's ok.
