I love pickles! But... everytime I eat them, I gain a pound of water weight overnight. Hunting for low sodium ones next time.

Otherwise things are going good. Never thought Id say this, but Im having a stuggle get in all my calories in my feeding window. So distracted by life I miss lunch. Then I try to eat a bigger dinner, but Im getting full so much quicker with IF. Think I need to add in more healthy fats to get the calories up without adding size to the meal.
