I am seeing no results and feeling more depressed than before. I am so thankful for what I have. I don't know why I am in such a rut. I need to work harder at work, home and weight loss. I always feel better when I work harder. I want to pray for God to help me feel joy again but I think he has better things to do. Onwards.
