I know my weight hasn't changed, but at least I'm maintaining. That's my goal for this heavy food week and to add exercise back in, other than the normal house cleaning/taking care of my son ordeal. I'm aiming to not gain this week.. and make smart portion choices. I can't afford to gain back ANYMORE. My mom says my goal for the end of the year is too ambitious.. to lose 10 pounds by New Years Eve.

UGH..the joys of having mild asthma after a dance cardio workout.. It's this house! So much dust for one person to clean. Dad did change the filter, so hopefully that'll help some. It's hard to keep the dust/hair down when you've got 3 dogs in the house.. :( By the way, after this month is over, my parents have decided to put our oldest dog Bart down. He's hanging on by a thread, but has horrible hip displasia and has major incontinence of both types. He's 15. That's a long time for a dog to be on this earth. He's been my shoulder to cry on, and my friend.. and it's just hard to think of how hard it's going to be when he's not here. Just last year, I lost another lab of ours at only 3 years old.. but she had aggressive ovarian cancer. Anyway... So in battling that sad day, my studies, my son's new habits, and trying to stay healthy.. and keep things to my mother's liking in the house, I'm lucky to have not gained more weight back. Thank goodness for wagon rides, trips to the store/park/out of the house, and my dogs..
