Five days after my return home, I'm within a half pound of my lowest weight. That is a relief. I'm not exercising as much because I think my weight program is causing injury. I'm not as young as I use to be. My low back has been complaining, my left elbow has a tiny bit of resolving tendinitis, and even my knees are kicking up a bit. They are supposed to feel better when I exercise. Now it is cardio 3 days a week. I've been skipping weights so far this week but will try just doing the machines.
Rick is leaving town for the weekend so I won't have as many temptations. Onward and downward!
