everyone here is self proclaimed "dietitian".
@zainab do you even what it is mean to have 800-900 calories...?
means crash diet and is never recommend except under supervision of a dietitian.
1800 calories are usually recommend but taking 1400 means you're already in deficit of about 400 Cal's.
so a 20 minutes walk would do just fine.

so with 1400 calories you should add morning or evening walk of about 15-30 minutes.
and you're good to go.

In bodybuilding it is not suggested to reduce your calories suddenly because it can damage your metabolism.start from 200 calories defient stage and reduce it in 2 or 3 week when you think you are hiting you plateau.
