Well... exciting day yesterday, what I thought was a stitch in my side accompanied with the onset of a possible urinary infection turned to be a kidney stone blockage. They had to put a stent in and laser it to smithereens! Much better.

Oh I hate kidney stones!! No fun. Glad it’s taken care of! Drink lots of water now and in the future, low sodium also. I’ve had them for over a dozen years. Get checked out by a urologist

Ouchy!! I've had those due to meds but I had to let it pass. Now, the was painful. My boss told me I was white as a sheet.

Glad you got to get it blasted, as I call it. My doc at the time told me lemon juice squeezed in water once a day helps with any crystallization from gall bladder to kidneys. Drink it with a straw to avoid enamel destruction. Then you can brush them if you like.
