I am changing my Sept 26th goal to 6lbs. I realized if I set a lower, more realistic goal then there are two beneficial outcomes. 1) if I start losing the weight I may be motivated enough to get to 10lbs anyway 2) if I only make my 6lbs goal I can be proud of myself for reaching my goal! Mind tricks ;)
