can someone please help me calculate y calories for this meal. I thought I was over on my RDI by 6 % But ater checking in the Subway app I may be under. I eat a subway salad with tuna salad in it cheese and all veggies. I out ranch and creamy siracha on it. I also have a cup of unsweetened almond milk. a scoop of collegen and a scoop of protein powder. and two hard boiled eggs. This is my OMAd meal for the day. I calculate it as1267 calories
