I love greek yoghurt so much. Also almonds. I used to add honey or maple syrup to these but ginger, nutmeg or cinnamon are all tasty and leave more budget for fruit.

Greek yoghurt feels more filling with ginger or cinnamon or nutmeg added (used to be honey or maple syrup). Allowed a full pear today rather than half. Seems extravagant! Even Mr Janus commented what a big breakfast it was (comparatively. He is following the same plan).
