I am using a handwritten food journal right now, and it is something I can stick with. At some point I may start using this one again, but it's a bit tougher since I am eating NO prepackaged foods and everything would need to be measured. Still I am going to try to write in here most days. I am trying to get exercise back into my life, I was taking a free class at my gym that was TOUGH but the free sessions have run out and it's at a really awkward time of day anyway. I have to find something that fits my schedule or I won't do it! I have a 10K on 11/3 which I am sadly unprepared for, but I am going to do it anyway!!
