I finally break the resistance barrier my body was trying to put up. I am not doing any exercise only mild walking so happy with the result. I hope to start exercising again soon, I have a long journey ahead. Ketones recorded @ 0.5mmol/l which is not too bad hope to get that to >1 constantly when i begin my exercise.
