I peeped at your profile and I like how you don’t deprive chocolate cake etc, you just plan it out. I started shaving calories by swapping out salad dressings for flavored mustard and hot sauces. I noticed that your delish looking salad is “heavy” on what appears to be salad dressing. With that said there are great lower cal dressings too which could be what you use already. Keep going and yes if you make it a life style you don’t have to deprive or eliminate you just plan accordingly. Chips though, yeah my weakness too and I can only buy 1 single serve bag here and there 😂😂😂 Keep going 💪🏻👍
