over the course of the past 1.5 weeks....i've done something really stupid. I tripped over my own feet on a curb and broke my wrist. I was trying to get to the bus and started to fall, put my left hand out....and snap!

So its been loads of fun trying to function with one hand. Typing is a chore....bathing...getting dressed....but i have decided that i can't let that side track me from losing weight. i just have to be careful.

I think when i landed on my left side, i might have done something to my back....which i've had operated on in august....because my leg keeps going numb if i stand too long.

when is growing older supposed to easier???
