So, I left FS quite a few years ago and started using another app, and was pretty successful with it, at one point losing 87 pounds. Unfortunately, about 23 pounds found their way back.
I have recently joined a weight-loss medical study, and am hoping that it will re-motivate me to be a better logger and keep more accurate track of my caloric input.
