Well, I made some homemade pork rinds this evening and I think the turned out Wonderful!. I always cook a pork roast on Sundays so today I took the skin and fatback and sliced it into 1 inch pieces and places on tinfoil baking sheet. Baked in the oven at 350 for two hours, seasoned with season salt and garlic - UMMMMM Delish!
