I would love to know what you do for the nagging sweet tooth. Seems to always come on after a meal like I am not done eating until I have something sweet. My solutions: Bai Anti Oxidant water in Cherry or Watermelon cut with some fizzy H2o, a low carb bar of some kind with low or no sugar, Half an apple with some nut butter on it, berries and ricotta cheese with chopped nuts, No-Sugar added low carb frozen yoghurt with berries or a little p-nut butter or unsweetened coca powder sprinkled on top, Caffe Latte with unsweetened soy, Bang protien drinks in cookies and cream flavor. Tell me some of your choices...

Wow... you have quite a few of them. I sometimes do some cheese and nuts. I also do a piece of really dark chocolate. Or a drink of carbonated water with some mio drops or lemon in it. I also make some gelatin that I flavour myself and lately that has been my go to.

I usually go for some kind of low carb ice cream bar. There are so many out there to choose from. Also, a pudding cup isn't so bad.

I tried canned fried apples with cinnamon (from Aldi) with light yoghurt other day. Low calorie and super satisfying and you can take out yoghurt, it's still so good! and perfect for the season :)) Thank you for your suggestions!!!

Holly... Mio is a splenda sweetener drops. I use them some but they are very "chemical". The vitamin water is a very good idea. I will look into the Bai. Thanks for suggestions!!

Stur is like Mio but Stevia. only on amazon. get the variety pack first and pick your fave, they are great for flavoring stuff. you only need a drop or two. another brand called water drops, same thing.
