I am so happy. I lost another 0.6 lbs. since yesterday. I am now moving into phase 2 of the diet, but am still trying to avoid the breads and pastas unless absolutely necessary! I never realized how much effect they had on my weight and overall feeling.
We weighed in at work today for the Biggest Loser and I am in second place so far. The lady beating me has lost 5.8 lbs in the first week and I lost 4.8 since last Tuesday. I am not complaining with second place though. :) I am going back to the gym starting tomorrow. Maybe that will boost me up some! :)
