Had two large meals ( lunch and dinner ) celebrating father's birthday. Happy Birthday tatay!! Carbo loaded as celebration has lots of traditional long noodles. Tomorrow will go back to the nutrition plan. :-)
This celebration weekend had glass noodles, peking duck, lechon kawali, sinigang na salmon, lenggua estofado, sariwang lumpia ( fresh vegetable spring rolls). plus coke ( had not had one for months ). Will do some brisk walking tomorrow.
