Whoo hoo ... what a day! Take your kids to work day was a resounding success. It was busy and fun. I got a chance to have lunch with my daughter and I ordered the least carb loaded thing I could .. ceasar salad with grilled chicken. We had a great day and all is well! :)

No good snacks, but no bad snacks either...Go you:) I was thinking about that last night, btw. It is one thing to be proud to walk past a candy aisle or avoid a halloween treat, but it is quite another to work where you do. You have the willpower we all would kill for..lol. But it'll make youre triumphs that much sweeter:)

Good one ... I never thought about it that way (no bad snacks!). My new will power arrived with a quiet resolve that has been building for awhile. It's more than the weightloss journey, it's about balance in my life. I'm taking more control of my life and in doing so, liberating myself at the same time. It's about finding my sweet spot in life :)
