Ok, I have joined a gym again instead of just using my home gym and treadmill. Its only been two days and I feel exhilerated! I guess I forgot how motivating the atmosphere can be. I was a gym person most of my life until the last few years. I didn't even realize how much I missed it. It nice to see people of all shapes and sizes and abililies working hard to be a fitter, healthier version of themselves.
Plus, I find that over the past few weeks I have been thinking about the ex less and less. When I do...its usually to note how even keel my days are now. No ups and downs and mood swings...no walking on egg shells and ...its sad to say...no dishonesty. I am starting to feel the "old" me coming back.
