Looking forward to meeting with the trainer on Monday. I've got to kick it up a notch if I am going to lose weight this week. I was thinking about the term "losing weight". I think I am going to refer to it as "getting rid of weight." "Lose" gives the idea of having just misplaced the weight and some day, some time, when you least expect it...you find it. I don't want to find it anymore. I have to be very careful with my calories this weekend and I missed a day on the treadmill. I have to make it up today although it will be very difficult. I must have will power.
