Well, yesterday I decided to start going back to the gym. I only had 20 min. and it was packed, but I was able to swim for the 20 min. which is good exercise. I am going to try and go 2-3 times a week again.
I gained 2.2 lbs back since last week. :( I knew I probably would though because of my weekend eating. I have no one to blame but myself. The positive side is, I am back on the diet and doing ok now.
