So I’m three stone down in two years, or there abouts, which is amazing - it sort of snuck up on me because my focus has been on work recently. I am starting to feel very run down so it’s getting harder to limit my intake when my body is craving fuel and rest permanently. One last push then I can focus on resting for a week. I have a few long walks planned so hopefully I can eat what I fancy without too much damage. My next mini target is to loose 7lb by Christmas and hit my first big target. Ready for me to overindulge in the festive season and gain it again 🙈
