Hi Poole, that’s the general principle. I have a couple of cook books called the roasting tin and the green roasting tin and all the recipes work like that. Sometimes ingredients get thrown in later than others. This one is Hugh-Fearnley Whittingstalls chicken and plum traybake. You add things in three stages. Super easy.
