So my body finally released some of that weight and I weighed in with a 2 lb loss at 216 lbs. I am still feeling focused on the LC journey so that's good. I've come up with different ideas how to stay mostly on plan when I am away. I've asked the hotel to release the mini-bar fridge solely for my use during my two week stay - and they agreed!!!! So, when I get there on day one I am high-tailing it to the grocery store for some supplies. Naturally, there will be business lunches and dinners that I can't get away from but, I know there will be choices there that will allow me to stay on plan (I will absolutely try to avoid wine ... because it could be a downward spiral if I indulge). Truth be told ... I would rather keep my main indulgences for Christmas than for my trip to Switzerland. However, my will power has a strange way of "wilting" in the face of my trigger foods (aka European sweets).
I am off to get started with my packing and ensuring I have everything I need right now. I will check in on posts later.
