I finally weighed myself on my scale but I am not going to record it here. I want my weight tracker here to be "official". So I will wait until the 6th to record a weight.
My unofficial weight was just a little down from my last recorded weight. I am happy about that in more ways than one. I made it through the holidays without gaining weight...how cool is that? I did not deprive myself, but I kept it to a realistic amount and I exercised almost everyday.
