Good Morning Fatsecret! If you feel like crap because you ate too much junk food this past weekend, let it go! Stop dreading it, and make a come back today! We have one week left in October, so we can still make it count! Review your goals and make it a point to reach them! I will be cutting 100 calories from my RDI, bringing it down to 1800. My teenagers are hosting a Halloween get together on Saturday, full of good eats and candy of course, but I have made me a plan to make sure I stay on track. Candy is available year round, so I don't have to eat it all just because it is Halloween. Happy Monday and have a great goal-filled week!
