I'm alive and doing well. I just got caught up in recovery and work. I've been maintaining around 116-118 pounds. I'm happy with my weight and now I'm just focusing on continuing my healthy lifestyle.
I try to work out 2-3 times a week and I still focus on low sodium meals. I've been doing poorly with sodium intake today, but I've been doing great this past week. So no worries. Hope you all are doing well.
