Well I am stuck in Stanley as the road closed on the way to my Doctors appointment..I live several hours away from any major medical care, so it is always an ordeal to get there, but in the winter time it is more so.

My husband works and lives during the week in Stanley, about an hour away from where I am, so I drove here yesterday with the intent of going on to my appointment today...but the weather was horrid last night and closed the road, so I canceled my appointment and will be driving home

We had dinner with some friends last night and worked on planning our Grand Canyon trip in March. I brought up take and bake pizza and I probably ate more than I should have as I drank a beer for the first time in ages. But my friends mentioned a couple of times how good I looked and hopefully that will be motivation enough to burn off those pizza cals today at the gym...

Once I am back to work, I will not have the luxury of working out for 2 hours per day...so I will have to get the cals and points back to a realistic level. But I will also not be surrounded by food and parties come next week either.

I am still working hard to get these hips to shrink...the tape says no but my pants are looser..so something must be giving...
