I have been lazy and living an unhealthy lifestyle for far too long! kept making excuses and basically in denial about my weight. Now it has caught up to me, I have been diagnosed with Intracranial hypertension (IH) the complications that goes with this are debilitating and very painful, it is scary to think I am sick right now and I could of prevented this, however this can be reversed with dramatic weight loss, I have no one to blame but myself. So here goes, day 1 of a new healthy lifestyle. 🙏 please let me pull this off.
