I'm a mess… I just dropped $2000 on an airplane ticket to take a trip I really don't want to take.
I know I'm going to go off the program while I'm in the States, so I'm having a hard time convincing myself to stay on the plan until I leave. My mind keeps saying, hey, you're going to be off the plan anyway, what's a extra couple weeks of overeating going to hurt? I blew it today, but I'm going to try get back on track tomorrow, and stop listening to the voices in my head.

Get back on that plan Alan! The better you feel about yourself, the more fun you can have. There are lot's of places to walk here in the states. You can try to maintain during your holiday. Now stop listening to the voices and and have a wonderful holiday.
