Ok... I just worked up the caloric and nutritional information for some of my favorite breakfast recipies and what a shock. Most of them are not even in the realm of food I should even think about eating. Granted I don't eat this stuff but once or twice a year, but still, I had no idea it was so full of calories and fat. But knowledge is power. I now realize what I have been consuming without even knowing. So reality is a scary thing..gotta get it together.
I did go and workout this morning..that is a good thing. I started the New Year with my good friends. And I am going to beat this weight thing...this year.
Bring it on. I am strong.
