Went to Old Historic St. Charles tonight. Took Olivia to see the lights and we went in the quaint little shops. The street was lit with old time lanterns. We had to be careful because of the ice. Not the best weather for walking. Didn't plan on going iceskating. Was glad that I wasn't far from the car. My son in law had to help me as I was sliding with my crutches. Not a pretty sight. Made it back home in one piece. Will not do that again until I have my leg and arm in better shape. We did have a good time otherwise. It's past my bedtime. Wanted to say goodnight to all my friends. Sleep tight and don't let the bedbugs bite.

Thanks for checking in and your visit to Historic St. Charles sounds lovely. I saw a Dr. Oz show the other day and he expressed this time of the year is full of people in the emergency rooms because of falls. He told the audience to prevent falls walk like a penguin...It makes sense, looks funny but makes sense lmao....Also learned we need our 8 hours of beauty sleep for beauty so will go to bed soon:) TOWANDA!!!
