Day 4 back on the healthy lifestyle band wagon. I LOVE SEEING THE SCALE MOVE DOWN! I just wish I had stayed true to the lifestyle and didn't have to lose the weight again. I'm a little hungry this morning. I have a parsnip roasting in the oven. I will be busy all day today. My exercise today has to be house work as I will be busy at work and church all day. I will be vacuuming and mopping during my lunch time. I am under a lot of stress as I have so much to do at work and I have this Christmas program to get ready for, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I have a new coworker who will begin on the 16th and this program will be completed on the 9th. I also have Christmas shopping to get completed.
Supper tonight is a mystery as I will be eating at the church. If the food at the church is not appropriate for my diet, I will wind up not eating till 9pm. Not the best way to do it, but at least I will stay on program.
