Its been a while folks! I have been through the ringer! (Self induced)....
I looked in the mirror a couple months ago and felt a pang in my gut. I really couldn't stand the way I was looking. It took a while to finally say enough is enough. Finally decided to put a stop to this ridiculous way of eating I have been going through lately. I weighed in on Sunday Dec. 1st 2013 and weighed a whopping 230 lbs!!!
