Okay, I'm trying to get on track but my ticker turned orange again (that was short lived). I'm starting the C25K challenge on Monday and I'm excited about that and the 15 min ab challenge. I've been more tired this week then I've ever been in my whole life. I desperately need to find some balance. A friend is taking me out for dinner for my bday. I've already looked up what they have at the restaurant and that will be my dinner. I've gone out to eat three times this week for bday celebrations and two out of the three days I did fairly well. I can do this. It's hard not to be discouraged especially since my weight is up and the New Year is around the corner. I'm going to do my best NOT to think that I can't lose this weight. I also get discouraged about getting so close to being in the 170's again. I will completely lose it if I get back into the 170's. I have to remember that despite my weight gain I have been in the 160's for a good few weeks. Gotta try and remain positive but it is not easy AT ALL.
