I tried roasted cauliflower thanks to a FatSecret tip and it was delicious and east to make. It will be a diet staple from now on. My eating plan is going just fine. This morning I had 2 boiled eggs for breakfast.

to liv001-I took fresh cauliflower and chunked it up into florets not huge but not too small I put them into a plastic bag and added olive oil and made sure they were all coated. Then I put them on a baking sheet lined with non stick foil or Pam and sprinkled them with spices. I used seasoned salt.
Bake for 450 for 17 minutes and turn them over halfway through. They will brown up and have a wonderful flavor. I also did this in my air fryer for 18 minutes at 400 and turned them halfway through.

I just made that with cauli and broccoli tonight. I did mine at 425 for like 30-45 minutes until the cauli starts getting that nice carmelized look here and there. So good!

Yeah that is how do mine as well. I like it with that anything but the bagel seasoning but I add that seasoning after awhile and turn the top down a bit so those sesame seeds do not burn... Love cauliflower.
