DAy 3 of Bootcamp
Weeeelll doing better today than yesterday so hopefully this is a trend and I'll be 100 percent onboard soon. Exercise is fine-did an hr of walk, run, calisthenics. Love that I live on a hill! Also did some yard work before the neighbors call the lawn police! Yoga last night after helping Mr. Densible with the tiling project that is now into 4th day. He is running his own bootcamp in the basement! He can hardly move....I have to help him, poor thing!
Refined Carbs-I had pancakes this morning! I know, I know! It was stepson's farewell breakfast. He loves my pancakes. I know, I know-what has that got to do with my decision to eat them?
Refined Sugar-None-used sugar free syrup for pancakes. COuld have done maple syrup but trying to keep cals low too.

Tomorrow back to work, gym, barf brew and dirt shake! Seriously, cannot wait!
